Archival Narrative Design

I worked with Lilian Terry for more than twenty years, beginning with her website and the preparation of her first manuscript, and now continuing with the development of her archive. This long-term project draws from the writings, photographs and personal materials she preserved throughout her life, creating digital narrative pieces that extend her voice and bring her experiences in jazz into contemporary view. The archive continues to grow as additional stories, documents and ephemera are incorporated.
